【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversroundwireconcentric-lay-strandedaluminumconductors,steelsupported(ACSS)foruseasoverheadelectricalconductors(seeExplanatoryNote1).1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.ForconductorsizesdesignatedbyAWGorkcmilsizes,therequirementsinSIunitsarenumericallyconvertedfromthecorrespondingrequirementsininch-poundunits.ForconductorsizesdesignationbyAWGorkcmil,therequirementsinSIunitshavebeennumericallyconvertedfromcorrespondingvaluesstatedorderivedininch-poundunits.ForconductorsizesdesignatedbySIunitsonly,therequirementsarestatedorderivedinSIunits.1.2.1Fordensity,resistivityandtemperature,thevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.
