【摘要】:Scratchesexistonallglasssurfaces.Oftenthereareveryfinescratchesfromcleaningoperationsthatarenotvisiblewhenlookingthroughtheglass.Visiblescratchesmaybedistractingtotheobserverlookingthroughthetransparency.Therefore,aproceduretodefinetheseverityscratchesisuseful.Avisualstandardisusedbecauseitisnotpracticaltomeasurethedimensionsofthefinescratchesinthescopeofthistestmethod.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthevisualinspectionofscratchesontheglasssurfaceofaerospacetransparentenclosures.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO11648establishesthebasicmethodsforsamplingparticipatematerialsinbulk(e.g.ores,mineralconcentrates,coal,industrialchemicalsinpowderorgranularform,andagriculturalproductssuchasgrain)frommovingstreamsandstationarysituations,includingstopped-beltsampling,toprovidesamplesformeasuringoneormorevariablesinanunbiasedmannerandwithaknowndegreeofprecision.Thevariablesaremeasuredbychemicalanalysisand/orphysicaltesting.Thesesamplingmethodsareapplicabletomaterialsthatrequireinspectiontoverifycompliancewithproductspecificationsorcontractsettlements,tocalculatethevalueofthelotmeanofameasurablequantityasabasisforsettlementbetweentradingpartners,ortoestimatethesetofvariablesandvariancesthatdescribesasystemorprocedure.Stopped-beltsamplingisthereferencemethodagainstwhichothersamplingproceduresarecompared.Dynamicsamplingfrommovingstreamsisthepreferredmethodwherebyasamplingdevice(calledacutter)ispassedthroughthestreamoftheparticulatematerial.Acompletecross-sectionofthemovingstreamcanberemovedasaprimaryincrementataconveyorbelttransferpointwithafalling-streamcutter,orremovedfromthebeltwithacross-beltcutter.Inbothcases,theselectionandextractionofincrementscanbedescribedbyaone-dimensionaidynamicsamplingmodel.Staticsamplingofbulkmaterialfromstationarysituations,suchasstockpiles,railorroadwagons,theholdsofshipsandbarges,silos,andevencomparativelysmallvolumes,isusedonlywheresamplingfrommovingstreamsisnotpossible.Suchsamplingfromthree-dimensionallotsispronetosystematicerrors,becausesomepartsofthelotusuallyhavereducedornochanceofbeingcollectedforthegrosssample.Thisisinviolationoftherequirementofthethree-dimensionalsamplingmodelthatallpartshaveanequalprobabilityofbeingcollected.TheproceduresdescribedinthispartofISO11648forsamplingfromstationarylotsofbulkparticulatematerialwithimplementssuchasmechanicalaugersmerelyminimizesomeofthesystematicsamplingerrors.Forthesereasons,thispartofISO11648isprimarilyconcernedwithdynamicsamplingfrommovingstreamsorstopped-beltstaticsamplingfromconveyorbeltsandisbasedonasamplingmodelforone-dimensionallots.Nonetheless,proceduresforstaticsamplingfromthree-dimensionallotsareprovidedwherethesesituationscannotbeavoided.ThispartofISO11648isconcernedwiththemethodsofsamplingparticulatematerialsinbulkwiththeobjectiveofobtainingunbiasedmeasurementsofoneormorevariablesofthematerialwithaknowndegreeofprecision.However,itdoesnotprovidemethodsfordecidingwhethertoacceptorrejectabulkmateriallotwithspecifieddegreesofriskofacceptingasub-standardlot,orofrejectingwhatisinfactanacceptablelot.Theselatterproceduresareusuallycalledacceptancesamplingorsamplinginspectionmethods.
